Do you come to me?
Yes, we can come to you. Our mobile unit covers the Greater Toronto Area. We do however have a main auto spa location in Bradford, Ontario. Mobile fee starts at $50.00.

How long does this service take?
It all comes down to the condition of the vehicle. Generally speaking, it can take between 2 to 6 hours to complete the interior. The length of time will also depend on if you're also getting your exterior completed.

Are the prices above a set rate?
The quoted prices are applicable for most vehicles. Some vehicles will require additional time and care to achieve our picture perfect standard and an additional fee will apply. This can be confirmed by providing pictures of your vehicle before your appointment is booked or having your vehicle inspected.

Will there be a smell of chemicals in my car?
We do not use harsh chemicals on your interior. We use a 'green' product on your interior when possible. Your car will smell fresh and clean!

Do you remove child seats when cleaning the interior?
No. Due to liability reasons we can not remove and reinstall child seats. It is best for you to remove them or we will clean around them.

What tools and products do you use?
As you can imagine, we have plenty of tools, products, and machines to get the job done. We have extractors, polishers, steamers, brushes, etc…

How long does it take for my seats and carpets to dry?
If it’s relatively warm outside with low humidity, your vehicle will be 80% dry by the time we’re done. If it’s cold or raining, then it’ll take longer for your interior to dry due to the climate.

Can you remove every stain?
Due to the nature of stains and the material it’s on, some stains will come off better than others. We have extensive knowledge and experience to handle most situations. But even with all that, some stains won’t come out all the way.

Do you have a Maintenance package?
Yes! Customers that purchase the Ultimate Cleaning option have the option to have their vehicle's interior cleaned within 3-4 weeks at a much reduced rate.
